Bapchild Parish Council has joined Tonge Parish Council in objecting to the planning application for a mobile home and caravans along Lomas Road.
We felt that adhoc retrospective developments of small sites to accomodate the needs of Swale Borough Council to provide suitable sites for Gypsy's was in appropriate.
Update
Permission has been granted for the above, but the Parish Council is unhappy with the failure by Swale Borough Council to adopt any kind of policy on Gispy sites, which in effect means that Gispies are able to gain planning permission without much of if any challenge on sites where permission would otherwise have been refused.
