Reference - 21/501334/OUT Outline application for residential development of up to 95no. dwellings including new vehicle and pedestrian access, affordable housing provision, parking, landscaping and open space provision (Access only being sought). Address: Land At Fox Hill And School Lane Bapchild Kent ME9 9NL
Residents may recall a leaflet was distributed in December 2020 regarding a proposed residential development for homes within Bapchild by a Kent based property company, Provectus.  At the time, the leaflet was purely a private initiative asking for residents’ views.

Yesterday (19th April 2021) Bapchild Parish Council were informed by Swale Borough Council Planning Department a Planning Application has been submitted by Provectus and the Parish Council are invited to comment.

WHERE ARE THE DOCUMENTS? - The Planning Application Number is 21/501334/OUT and the documents can be viewed by going onto Swale Borough Council Website using www.swale.gov.uk and on the Home Page, under Planning and Regeneration, go to Find or comment on a Planning Application, type in the Planning Application Number 21/501334/OUT where you will see the documents listed relating to this application.

Please note, this parcel of land was previously refused permission by Swale Borough Council in 2018 following an unsuccessful application for 80 homes made in 2017.  To view the previous reasons why the proposal was refused, see Planning Refusal Notice under the Application Number 17/505851/OUT.


A copy of this notice will also be printed off and displayed on the noticeboard outside Bapchild Village Hall, School Lane.
