Stop Notice Served on Hand Car Wash

Following several complaints from residents and concerns from the environment agency, Swale Borough Council have served a stop notice to the owners of the car wash business on the former Van World site. We do not know if this is the end of the matter or whether this will be the subject of a planning application.
