If you recall the Borough Council served a stop notice in May, which subsequently lapsed and a retrospective application was made.
This went before the planning committee in October and a site visit was arranged for early November.
However due to the fact that the owners of the site are unable to locate their tenant, this has been rescheduled for 9th December, although this remains unlikely due to the closure of the business, which the Borough Council still speculates may only be temporary.
