KCC Drainage Upgrade Latest Updates

Update reference KCC commencing 'Drainage Improvement Works' in School Lane and Ashtead Drive.

These works which were due to start on 23/11/21 and are anticipated to take approximately two-weeks to complete have now been re-scheduled and will now commence on 9th December 2021.  This is due to supply issues with the concrete rings required to construct the new soakaway.  KCC apologises for any inconvenience caused.

We are pleased to report completion of the drainage works and the grassed area will be re-seeded in the Spring.

Please read attached letter below for the latest update from KCC Highways concerning the reinstatement to the highway verge at the junction of Ashtead Drive and School Lane after the recent drainage improvements.
