Bin Collections

Swale Borough Council Bin Collections 

Swale Borough Council are aware the blue bins and food waste bins collections were missed today Thursday 11th April 2024.

Cllr Monique Bonney and Cllr Rich Lehmann are also aware the whole village was missed today and that unfortunately Thornhill Gardens has been missed for several weeks. 

The advice given is please leave your bins out and Suez should catch up with the round hopefully tomorrow.

There are still some issues with the online reporting tool giving out some strange information.

Missed bins can be reported using the online reporting tool available via Swale Borough Council website:

www.swale.gov.uk/home and go to check your bin days. 

Friday 12th April 2024 - update

The latest information received is Suez are aware they missed the collection yesterday.  the advice given is please leave the bins out and they will return as soon as they can.  Thornhill Gardens is also on the priority list.

Monday 15th - Monday 22nd April - update 

This missed collection has been chased up several times by the Parish Council in the hope there will be an extra catch up collection but there has been no confirmation on whether that will be happening.

Tuesday 23rd April 2024 - update

The latest information received from Swale Borough Council is the blue bins will be emptied as part of the normal schedule on Thursday 25th April.
