Indulgence & craft day
Women were plucked, pampered and predicted at an indulgence day.
About 100 women came to Bapchild Village Hall, on Saturday, 28 February, to try a variety of treatments, including holistic massage, eyebrow waxing, palm reading and coloured hair extensions.
The event was organised by trained beauty therapist and Mary K cosmetic salesman Christina Wenman, and it raised more than £100 for Kent Air Ambulance.
Christina, who is starting her own hair and beauty shop called Christals, in Teynham, said: “The day went really well. Organising it left me feeling exhausted, but I hope to do more soon.”
