I’m off to the Kent Village of the Year 2005 presentation evening on Thursday evening to find out if we have been lucky enough to repeat the level of success we enjoyed in the 2004 competition where we managed to win the ICT category with this website.

VE Day Lunch Success

The Village Hall Management Committee wish to send a big thank you to all who attended and, it is hoped, enjoyed the VE Day Lunch on 26th June. 62 People came and shared the Menu of Cheese and Potato Pie, Corned Beef Pie, Fruit Jelly and Evaporated Milk. They followed the lunch with all the old war time songs.
