What is the position of the Parish Council with regards to the Northern Relief Road Proposals?

I’ve already had a few residents commenting on the position of the Parish Council, given that remarks made by the consultants and KCC employees during the consultation at Hempstead House would appear to have suggested that the Parish Council has accepted and fully supports the proposals as outlined. This is certainly not the case.
